1 in 3 American moms struggle to provide diapers for their babies?

These families struggle to meet their basic needs, and often cut back on things like food or heat in order to afford diapers. Babies kept in wet, dirty diapers for extended periods of time have both health and emotional implications. Moms and dads sometimes miss work because they do not have an adequate supply of diapers which many child care centers require. By addressing diaper need, we can help families meet their basic needs—a fundamental step toward achieving long-term financial stability.

United Way of Santa Rosa County and Families Count are hopeful that hosting a diaper drive will be the first step in alleviating this problem for many babies.

Please help by purchasing diapers and dropping them in our designated Diaper Drive boxes.
