Quint Studer, Hardwiring Excellence. 2003. Fire Starter Publishing, Gulf Breeze, FL.
Families Count owes many thanks to Quint Studer’s Hardwiring Excellence principals. Since we have incorporated them in our System of Excellence, our employees are happier, employee retention is much higher, we have attracted exceptional talent, service and quality are outstanding and we have stepped out as a leader in social service and child welfare. Quint Studer also graciously agreed to partner with Families Count in our annual Silver Spoon Awards as keynote speaker in 2005 and 2006. It is no secret that his renowned public speaking helped us to make this event for volunteers a big success.
Families Count is so committed to excellence that we recently endured the internally acclaimed CARF accreditation auditors! We found ourselves really enjoying this process because we could see the value in improving our business and service delivery. We will hear from CARF in the next few weeks officially announcing our successful accreditation. We can’t wait to put the CARF logo everywhere we can!
